The use of amprolium is prohibited from a laying age onwards.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">2. Do not administer to poultry whose eggs are intended for human consumption.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">3. Do not administer to animals with impaired hepatic and\/or renal functions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">4. Do not administer to turkeys before the age of 8 to 10 weeks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Side effects<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">1. Overdosage of amprolium can suppress weight gain in broilers and cause<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">polyneuritis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">2. Long-term administration of amprolium in high doses may result in thiamine<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">(vitamin B1) deficiency in the host.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">3.
