What to prepare
- Farm location (town/community) and nearest landmark.
- Species and approximate numbers.
- Main challenge (mortality, reduced growth, low egg production, diarrhoea, coughing, parasites, etc.).
- Any records available (vaccination dates, treatments, feed changes).
After your visit - what you receive
- Clear recommended actions and practical next steps
- Simple vaccination or treatment record guidance
- Biosecurity checklist (where applicable)
- Follow-up communication guidance where needed

- Ashanti Region (standard coverage). Eastern, Bono and Ahafo Regions for commercial farmers with larger-scale production (by arrangement).
- Appointments at the clinic and pharmacy are available during opening hours.
